Message from Darren

Thank you for visiting my campaign Website and taking the time to learn more about me, my family, and my commitment to developing conservative solutions to help move Texas forward and safeguard our state from a power hungry federal government.

I have been married for 19 years, have 4 children, and have been a small business owner for nearly 17 years. Like most American's, I worked at being a good spouse and parent, grew our business, voted, and paid my taxes thinking I was doing the right thing and that my political party would lead in the right direction. How wrong I was! The Election of 2008 taught me one very important lesson - we must all take responsibility for the direction our country has moved and be involved in its restoration to the values established by the Founding Fathers.

Since the age of 14, I have worked at achieving results. Whether it was to reduce my parents family debt, rise to the top of my professions, finish a 4 year college degree in 3 and a half years, or build a successful business from scratch I have always worked and found solutions to challenges. I will bring that drive and tenacity to acheiving results for Senate District 22.

Our best days are in front of us. It won't be easy, but together we can make a difference for the state of Texas.
